1. Who runs this promotion
The MiriONE promotion is run by Syncova Digital Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, 17322 Elephant Close, Borrowdale West, Harare, Zimbabwe (“we”). It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
2. Dates
Entries open at 00:00 on Monday 2 November 2026 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 8 November 2026, Harare time. We can’t accept entries outside these times.
3. Who can enter
Organisations operating in Zimbabwe can enter. The person entering must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the organisation. Each organisation can enter once; if we receive more than one entry from the same organisation, we’ll use the first. Organisations with a paid MiriONE subscription can’t enter, and neither can staff or contractors of Syncova Digital Technologies or their immediate families.
4. How to enter
Complete the form on this page. Entry is free and you don’t need to buy anything. You don’t need to follow, like or share anything on social media.
5. Prizes
There are two prizes: a 12-month subscription to the MiriONE Business plan (normally US$3,600) for one business, and a 12-month subscription to the MiriONE Institution plan (normally US$2,400) for one institution. Institutions are schools, universities, colleges, NGOs and public bodies. The 12 months start when we activate the winner’s account, which must happen within 30 days of the winner accepting. The subscription doesn’t renew automatically. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to another organisation.
6. How winners are chosen
A panel from Syncova Digital Technologies will read every eligible entry and choose one business and one institution. The panel judges how clearly each answer describes a real data protection challenge and how much MiriONE could help with it. Winners are chosen on merit, not drawn at random, and the panel’s decision is final. If there are no eligible entries in a category, that prize won’t be awarded.
7. Telling the winners
We’ll email the winners by Friday 13 November 2026. A winner must reply within 7 days to accept, or we’ll offer the prize to the next-best entry in the same category. With the winner’s permission, we’ll name the organisation on our website and social media pages.
8. The 3-month trial
The first 20 eligible organisations that ask for a trial through this page get three months of MiriONE free, starting when we activate their account. We handle requests in the order we receive them, until Sunday 8 November 2026. The trial is for organisations that don’t already have a MiriONE account. There’s no automatic charge when the trial ends: you can choose a paid plan or stop. A giveaway winner that also asked for a trial gets the 12-month prize instead.
9. Using MiriONE
Winners and trial users must accept the MiriONE End User Licence Agreement and Privacy Policy when they sign up.
10. Changes
If something outside our control affects the promotion, we may change or cancel it. We’ll post any change on this page.

Privacy notice
Who is responsible for your information
Syncova Digital Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is responsible for the personal information you give us through this page.
What we collect
Your name, job title, email address and phone number (if you give it), your organisation and its type, your answer, how you heard about the promotion, and the choices you make on the form. When you send the form, we also record the time and your device’s IP address, to stop spam and abuse.
Why we use it
To run the promotion, judge entries, contact you about the result, set up your trial if you asked for one, and send you MiriONE news only if you ticked that box. We rely on the consent you give when you send the form.
Quoting answers
We may quote short extracts of answers in our posts, without names, organisations or anything else that could identify you.
Who sees it
Only the Syncova Digital Technologies team running the promotion. Your entry reaches us by email through our email delivery provider, which may process it outside Zimbabwe. We don’t sell your information or share it with others for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We delete entries by 1 May 2027. If you become a MiriONE customer or asked for news, we keep only what we need for that.
Your rights
Under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@syncovadigital.co.zw. Withdrawing consent before the winners are chosen removes your entry. You can also complain to POTRAZ, the Data Protection Authority.
